Information we collect: how we use it and with whom we share it

Thoughts shared via this Inspace Gallery digital feedback form will be anonymised, and any personal data will not be stored. This form is designed for the purpose of enabling audiences to share thoughts about the current exhibition and to share any impact with project funders.

To do so, we are using an online Microsoft form as our feedback platform. The information you provide will be used by Inspace Gallery and the authors of the exhibition to capture audience feedback. A selection of these anonymised contributions will be added to the external street facing digital screen during the exhibition period (5th – 19th December). Only feedback shared by contributors who have consented to public sharing will be used. Non public feedback may be used for reporting to project funders, all feedback will be anonymised.

We are using this anonymised information because Inspace, our exhibition partners and project funders have a legitimate interest in providing audiences with the opportunity to feedback about the work on display and to create a dialogue between audiences and the exhibited work

No personal data will be stored as part of this feedback
